Our fees are fully transparent and structured around proactive property management, not reactive problem-solving.
Property Management (PM) fees are charged only once a tenant has been successfully placed. Upfront fees apply only if we take over a property with an existing tenant in place and immediate tenant coordination or maintenance work is required to prepare the unit for re-leasing once the current tenant vacates.
This ensures fair pricing, structured management, and long-term asset protection for landlords.
